Marine Studies allows students to explore the marine environment and the impacts humans have upon it. In our marine studies courses you will explore the species and biodiversity of marine ecosystems, and the influence human interaction has upon the delicate balance between species. This includes exploring the analytical techniques used to measure the health of marine ecosystems, and flow of energy between different species within ecosystems. The study of marine science is centred in our dedicated marine science facility, and in local field environments.
